    Want to take the stress off the wedding day? get a wedding day runner!! From grabbing coffees in the morning to serving food, they do it all. Duties include just about anything that will relieve your stress on your special day- including, cleaning, serving food, or even steaming.

      Our open-air pavilion gives you the best of both worlds — the beauty of an outdoor wedding with the comfort of being covered. It’s the perfect choice for up to 150 guests, whether you’re planning a sunny celebration or want peace of mind on a rainy day.
    • Chapel (320 sq. ft.)
      A charming option for an intimate ceremony or stunning wedding photos. Many couples also love saying “I do” on the front steps of the chapel, creating a beautiful outdoor backdrop for larger gatherings.
    • The Upton House
      Our fully equipped home includes a complete kitchen, overnight lodging for up to 6 guests, and a gorgeous bridal suite designed with your wedding morning in mind. It’s the perfect place for hair, makeup, and unforgettable moments with your bridal party.
    • New Indoor Event Hall (3,800 sq. ft.)
      A spacious indoor venue with room for up to 220 guests. This space includes a groom’s lounge, a vendor kitchen, and plenty of room to celebrate in style.
    • Outdoor Patio & Fireplace
      Our patio features a stunning fireplace, creating a magical setting for ceremonies or cocktail hours of up to 200 guests.

    Hey, I'm Haley! My husband and I bought  The Upton House in April 2022. I finally got to live out my dream of being Joanna Gaines. My sweet husband Luke (or, my "Chip")  took on the remodel all by himself! We still always have a project going on around here! So, I can't wait to bring you guys on our journey even more!

    I have two children, Raelyn + Riley, that I love oh so much. I also work in Labor and Delivery a couple days a week. My mom and I are Real Estate Partners. If you are looking for a Realtor, We are your girls!  The Upton House is conveniently located on our family farm.

    All of the booking is online. Email us the date, package, and email address. We will email you the venue contract and invoice to pay nonrefundable deposit.

    Non refundable deposit of 25% is required to lock in your date. Second payment of 25% is due 6 months before the event. Remaining 50% is due 30 days before event. All payments are Nonrefundable once received.


    No, at this time we are not exclusive with any vendors. You can use whoever you would like. However, caterers and bartenders must be licensed.


    We have three bedrooms in The Upton House. One bedroom has a queen size bed. One bedroom has a full size bed and a chase lounge. The last bedroom is on the main floor with a twin size bed.


    We allow sparklers. This is the most popular option. Sparklers are the ONLY fireworks allowed on property. Natural confetti such as bird seed or real flower petals are allowed. Paper confetti must be approved by Haley. Degradable confetti (rice paper confetti) is the only confetti approved AND MUST BE CLEANED UP PRIOR TO CHECK OUT TIME. Some other fun options - bubbles, pom poms/shakers, ribbon sticks, foam light bars, cold sparks.


    We provide an awesome venue, tables, and 150 chairs for the allotted amount of time. We have some table linens you may borrow onsite, but these are not guaranteed. We do not have the linens pressed.. It will be your responsibiltiy to steam or iron them. 


     We do not handle decorating or provide decorations at this time. We do have some vases and random items you are welcomes to borrow. ALL ITEMS ARE COMPLEMENTARY. IF THEY ARE LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED BEFORE YOUR EVENT THEY WILL NOT BE REPLACED.


    All guest belongings must be removed within allotted time frame. All trash must be bagged up and placed in outdoor cans on side of house or in the dumpster located in the back parking lot.  Any items borrowed from The Upton House must be returned to their original location. (We do have an additional cleaning package that can be purchased..In that case The Upton House would handle clean up.** this is not the standard cleaning fee)


    We allow only canned beer and wine but it MUST be served by licensed bartender. Bottled wine to be poured is accepted.  Client supplies ALL alcohol and the cups needed for serving guests. There are to be no glass bottled beer served, period. ALL alcohol must be served by the bartender. ADDITIONAL EVENT INSURANCE IS REQUIRED


    All parking is located in the back... You will take the next road to the left (this is a private drive) and it will take you to an approximately 3 acre field. The Field is partial grass and Partial gravel. We have parking signs we put out on event days.


    No, our fireplaces are just for looks. You are welcome to decorate with candles and other decor, but no fires.


    we do have complimentary patio heaters, but you must provide your own propane.
